Delivery Methods
Delivery is available for all tyre/Accessories orders within Singapore with our inhouse delivery team.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but generally, orders are delivered within 1-3 business days after processing.
International shipping is not currently offered.
We provide island wide delivery. Currently we do not offer any international shipping. All orders are processed and shipped by teams within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekend and public holidays. If we are experiencing high volume the order might be delayed and in case of any significant delay in processing your order due to any reason, we will contact you. Once your order is processed and verified, we will provide an estimated shipping time to you via an email confirmation along with a tracking number.
Refund Policy
At Tyre Dispatch, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully to ensure that you understand your rights and our obligations to you.
Returns
If you wish to return your tyres, please contact us for further assistance. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and include all original documentation. We reserve the right to refuse a return or to charge a restocking fee if the tyres are not in their original condition.
Refunds
As soon as we receive the returned tyres and have inspected their condition, we will process your refund. Please note that we will refund the original order amount minus any shipping fees if applicable. If the return is due to an error on our behalf, you will receive a full refund.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged tyres, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with a full refund. Please note that all damage claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If you change your mind or select the wrong size, we can still offer you a refund minus any shipping fees if applicable.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. All our orders go out each weekday between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. We will aim to cancel and refund your order before it has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
